Whoever answered the phone was rude with me by telling me that she was too busy to deal with me and would call me back...she never did! On Sep 16 I called back and was treated with the same rude behavior. All I needed to know was what the diameter is for a micro adjustment springbar. She tried to sell me two for $5 and $5 shipping..sounded like she was making up the price. I had already looked up prices and found some for 62 cents each with free shipping. I told her just needed diameter...clearly upset with my request she said she would ask and call me back...I knew she was lying...she did not call back. So I guess that after over a dozen years of being a customer and over two dozen watch purchases they no longer desire me as a customer. The little over a dollar it would have cost them to send me one would have bought thousands of dollars worth of good will! I owned that in the teal color and after a while the thinness of the case being titanium, along with the thatched style titanium bracelet and the IP Gray-esque looking titanium color- Started to really grow on me. Having owned it now for about two weeks I have rarely taken it off and the blue MOP is super along with the tungsten bezel that really makes the watch feel luxurious without being Gawdy. I have to say it is a small upgrade over the ceramic bezel and the robins egg blue dial. Because of the lightness and thin nature of the titanium, the 50 does not feel or look big or oversized. And the Swiss movement is smooth. Another excellent Aragon design. This particular watch always caught my eye until last week when the were discounted, I jumped at the opportunity. The watch arrivedbtoday and it is absolutely spectacular. I ordered the 50mm watch. I have an 8 inch wrist and I like wearing bigger, watches. This also is titanium and it takes a lot of the weight off your wrist.
