The Story of Flamingo Love Some places have a way of making time slow down. Flamingo Love captures the feeling of a warm evening by the water as the sky fades into sunset and the day's last light settles across the horizon. Two flamingos stand together in the stillness, creating a scene that feels peaceful, playful, and just a little bit tropical. Dial Composition The sunset is printed directly onto natural mother of pearl using translucent inks, allowing the shell beneath to softly reflect the light. As the watch moves, the pearlescent background gives the sky and water a gentle shimmer that changes throughout the day. A moon of black-lip abalone is inlaid into the sunset, while the flamingos and time markers are formed from black metal overlays that give the scene crisp definition and subtle depth.
