In 2024, we unveiled the 37.09 Bluefin – our take on the dive watch that questioned every familiar aspect of the genre. It was a bold move given how beloved and widely adopted dive watches are but our risk paid off, and the Bluefin was widely celebrated by the watch community, including winning the Sports Watch Prize at the 2024 Grand Prix dHorlogerie de Geneve. Working on the Bluefin lead to multiple tangents, as these things always do. One of those ideas was around exploration, and a reliable travel companion that was lightweight and robust yet elegant and refined. Today we present the fruition of this and the latest instalment in our dive saga: the MING 37.11 Odyssey. A diver for those who like to explore. It shares the GPHG-winning 37.09 Bluefins pressure balanced case architecture, but now with a GMT movement and in pure (grade 2) titanium that can be paired with a matching bracelet or our revolutionary MING Polymesh to make for a lightweight travel companion. The watch head now weighs a hair over 42 grams and has a brushed finish that lends it a sporty aesthetic.
