In 1979 the iconic Navitimer was rescued from obsolescence by Ollech & Wajs. Upon acquiring the tooling, stock parts and Navitimer designs from the liquidated Breitling, OW ensured uninterrupted production of the world's most famous pilot's watch, albeit under the new brand name of OW Aviation.
