READ THIS Just 500 made Worldwide As you may know we've been partners and friends of Chip Ganassi for a number of years, it's been one helluva ride so far. In a conversation in Nashville we discussed the idea of marking that moment in time when they won their 17th IndyCar Championship, with a watch. What better way to do it than to take some carbon fibre from the Number 10 car and making dials out of it. This exact car went on to win the 2025 Indy 500 and the IndyCar Championship. So this year three large pieces of Alex Palou's car were shipped to us in England. We then started working out to cut these panels down to fit a watch case. We carefully shaped out one dial and then milled it down to the maximum 1mm width needed to insert in to the case. It wasn't an easy task. A lot of the carbon simply cracked, but eventually the process we used worked! And the actual carbon fibre from a Ganassi Championship winning race case has now been made in to a chronograph. Only 500 units can be made due to the wastage. Some eagle-eyed watch and racing fans amongst you may recognise the design of the dial. They were inspired by the early Indycar's gauges made by Nisonger. These now iconic dials were actually made in England by SMITHS, so it feels like a nod to the history of IndyCar and our origins in England. Just 500 have been made. Please note due to the nature of the carbon fibre there will be imperfections on the dial - these could include bits of oil or debris from the race track.
