Our latest collaboration with Chopard, Chopard L.U.C Quattro Revolution Re-edition. Limited to 20 pieces and returning one of Chopard's most important technical watches to its roots. [ Click here to read article ] At the heart of the new timepiece is Chopard's celebrated L.U.C 98.01-L Quattro calibre, a hand-wound movement powered by four barrels arranged in two stacked pairs, delivering an exceptional 216 hours, or nine days, of power reserve. It was first unveiled in 2000 in the Chopard L.U.C Quattro Reference 16/1863, one of the earliest wristwatches to offer more than a week of autonomy. Its 38mm case is crafted from Lucent Steel and achieved in a remarkably elegant format of just 9.54mm in thickness. The dial is pure untreated 3N yellow gold, hand-guilloché on vintage engine-turning machines. The solid 3N gold dial displays amazing three-dimensional depth, with three luminous halos that radiate outward from the center of the dial, like transcendent ripples emerging from a pool of pure gold.
Chopard L.U.C Quattro Revolution Re-edition sits in Revolution Watch Company's catalog as a independent watch worth comparing on the details: imagery, movement, case sizing, water resistance, and the official brand listing rather than headline price alone.
